Made in Italy Vintage Marble Top Nightstand
CLASSIC EUROPEAN ELEGANCE with a BEAUTIFUL STONE TOP!!
An absolutely gorgeous vintage NIGHTSTAND featuring intricate decorative carvings and a luxurious NATURAL STONE TOP!!☆☆
This beautiful piece looks like something you might discover inside an OLD EUROPEAN MANSION!!
Elegant, substantial, and full of timeless vintage charm♪
The first thing that catches your eye is definitely the stunning STONE TOP!!
Featuring soft IVORY tones and delicate natural patterns, the beautiful stone surface adds a wonderful sense of luxury to the entire piece!!
The combination of WARM WOOD and COOL NATURAL STONE creates an incredibly elegant contrast◎
Unlike an ordinary wooden nightstand, the thick and substantial stone top gives this piece a much more luxurious and refined appearance!!
And here’s another interesting detail…
There appears to be a MANUFACTURER’S MARK on the underside of the stone top!!
Although the lettering has become difficult to read due to age, this piece is BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN MADE IN ITALY!!
Looking at the beautiful classical design, it’s certainly easy to imagine its European origins♪
But the REAL HIGHLIGHT of this nightstand has to be the incredible DECORATIVE CARVING on the front!!
Just LOOK at those DETAILS!!
The two cabinet doors feature beautiful RAISED SQUARE PANELS with a layered, three-dimensional design!!
Surrounding these panels are gorgeous ornamental carvings that give the entire piece a wonderfully CLASSIC appearance☆
One of the most impressive details is the ROPE-STYLE CARVING that follows the edges of the panels!!
Combined with the delicate LEAF-LIKE MOTIFS, these decorations create an incredible sense of depth and craftsmanship◎
The contrast between the STRAIGHT LINES of the square panels and the flowing curves of the carved details is simply BEAUTIFUL!!
And the naturally aged finish makes those details even better!!
Over many years of use, subtle variations in color have developed within the recessed areas of the carvings, highlighting their THREE-DIMENSIONAL appearance♪
It’s exactly the kind of rich, aged character that makes authentic VINTAGE FURNITURE so special!!
Something that’s difficult to recreate with brand-new furniture◎
Another charming detail can be found at the bottom!!
The cabinet stands on small, ROUNDED FEET that add just the right amount of softness to its substantial silhouette!!
It’s a wonderful design that feels carefully considered from top to bottom♪
Of course, this piece is also incredibly versatile!!
Place it beside your BED as a traditional NIGHTSTAND!!
Or use it next to your SOFA as a beautiful SIDE TABLE◎
Add your favorite VINTAGE TABLE LAMP, ANTIQUE CLOCK, OLD BOOKS, or decorative collectibles to create a stunning display!!
It would look absolutely PERFECT in a CLASSIC BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM, or a space inspired by an OLD EUROPEAN HOME☆
And surprisingly…
This elegant piece also works beautifully with AMERICAN VINTAGE and INDUSTRIAL interiors!!
Try pairing it with a rugged LEATHER SOFA, an aged VINTAGE RUG, or industrial-style lighting!!
The combination of refined classical details and more rugged vintage pieces creates that effortlessly collected look often found in beautiful overseas interiors♪
ELEGANT WOOD CARVINGS!!
BEAUTIFUL NATURAL STONE!!
CLASSIC EUROPEAN-STYLE DESIGN!!
And a wonderfully aged VINTAGE APPEARANCE!!
A gorgeous vintage NIGHTSTAND that brings together traditional elegance, natural materials, and timeless character in one beautiful piece!!☆☆
【IMPORTANT NOTE – STONE TOP】
※The NATURAL STONE TOP is NOT PERMANENTLY ATTACHED to the wooden cabinet.
The stone top is quite HEAVY, so it generally stays in place under its own weight during normal use.
However, it may shift if the furniture is lifted, moved, or subjected to strong sideways pressure.
If you are concerned about the top shifting or falling, we recommend placing a NON-SLIP MAT or ANTI-SLIP FURNITURE PAD between the stone top and the wooden cabinet.
Please take extra care when moving or handling this piece.
